Save the Children wants to know what kind of blog posts would you like to see more of? What topics, countries, program areas or issues interest YOU the most? We are asking you to share your thoughts and ideas with us in the comments section below.

Two years ago in our inaugural post Nick Finney, Save the Children Emergency Response Team Leader, gave readers on inside look at our response just moments after Typhooon Ketsana struck Vietnam.

Since then our "Voices from the Field" blog, has evolved into not only a journal of our emergency response by staff around the world, but a place where we can keep our sponsors and donors informed about all of the behind-the-scenes work that enables our staff in the field to impact children.

We are asking you to help us serve YOU better by letting us know:

  • What you like about our blog
  • What you don't like
  • What you’d like us to talk about
  • How we can make it for interesting to you

Will you post a comment now and give us some suggestions?

  3. Hi,

I want to tell u few things..The Thing your doing Save the children..i want to say if you post how to do that and what we have done so far to save the children may make the viewers more interesting and inspires them to do..we have many members to do a good thing but they don’t know how to start let show them a medium to do..so.
hope u understand..it may be a simple suggestion.

  4. May I say…try featuring an interview with different age level of children according to
their own perspective of the situation they’re in. A child’s point view to get across to us. Nothing can be more interesting than listening from children themselves. I congratulate you for this wonderful blog you can share to the world. With many blessings to come with you.

  5. I would like to see pictures from the field, especially in Appalachia. That is an area right here in the USA that Save the Children helps. Can we see the pictures of the people in the field offices that are going out and helping children and families in that area and see what kind of difference is being made?

  6. I’m one of your canvassers in the field. Somebody asked me how much he would need to donate to get a podcast going – that is something you should really consider. For busy people on the go, being able to actually sit down and read the blog updates, or news articles, is just not feasible. Podcast. Do it.

  7. Please help children- some as young as10, who are charged as adults and put in adult prisons. Their brains are not even formed enough yet to see consequences of their actions! Many are abused..They are given Life Without Parole, and no rehabilitation. The US is the Only country in the Western world that does this. We need all the advocates we can get! We’re throwing children away! I belong to Children’s Hope and Voice on Care2 causes.. (also on Facebook) but we need more support. Thank you.

  8. I hope you will write somethings about Bangladeshi children & how we can save them from any unexpected situation.
